They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace. My Why: A former soldier in the NZ Army Darryn found his love for fitness and competition. It was there that he built his knowledge base, training and qualifications with the defence force PTI. Darryn was introduced to CrossFit after leaving the NZ army and successfully competing on the national stage, Darryn now finds his time coaching athletes and coaching those athletes to elite levels with two internationally ranked titles, national champs and a current CrossFit Games athlete. Darryn biggest passion is creating a community of like minded individuals who want nothing more then to be healthy and having their families right beside them.
